Like most of these stories the use of these weapons are totally unnecessary.
An old man, with a white cane, in other words someone who is blind is mistaken for someone with a samurai sword. How the hell can someone who is supposed to be an observant public servant think a blind mans white cane is a samurai sword?
That's not a mistake, that is a compete dereliction of duty.

Yeah, it's just like the trigger happy wussy boy who shot and killed a fucking handicapped guy in a wheel chair who had a pen in his hand.
I would be ashamed to show my face in public if I was that pussy motherfucker.
If you can't deal with a guy in a wheel chair without using deadly force, you should have your fingers duct taped together and be put to work sorting bricks.
